You have been sent a working first draft of a website for your business. This document explains how the process works from here, what is included, and what it costs. There is nothing to sign and no obligation. If the site is not for you, that is a fine answer.
A complete, working website built specifically for your business, not a template preview or a mockup image. Every button works, the contact form delivers, and it is already structured for local search. Where we could find your logo and photos on your public pages, they are already on it.
We build the site before we ask you for anything, so you can judge real work instead of a sales pitch.
Send notes however you like, by text, email, or a phone call. There is no limit on revisions at this stage and no charge for them.
Changes are usually turned around the same day or the next. We keep going until the site is right.
Only when you are happy with the site does anything become payable. This is where the one-time build fee is settled and the monthly plan begins.
We register and connect your domain, publish the site, submit it to Google for indexing, and set up or connect your Google Business Profile. Typically live within a few days of approval.
The plan is ongoing work, not just hosting. We continue improving the site and your position in local search over time, and any change you ask for is handled.
The first draft is a general starter site. As your business needs more from it, we add to it. These are included with the ongoing plan rather than billed as separate projects, and we are glad to talk through the options with you.
We connect the site to it at no extra charge, and you keep it where it is.
No. The draft is yours to look at. If the timing is not right, tell us and we will leave it there.
Say so. Layout, colors, wording, and structure can all change. The draft exists to give you something concrete to react to, which is easier than describing a website from scratch.
Text, email, or call. Whatever is easiest. Most changes are done the same day.
Yes. Every call button dials your number and the contact form is delivered straight to your inbox. You are welcome to test both on the draft right now.
